How
do I order? |
|
The quickest and easiest method to order is through our secure
on-line ordering process. If you are not comfortable with on-line
orders, you can fax us at 1-866-888-2002 or 1-604-241-2002 or call
us at our toll-free number 1-866-966-2002 to speak to a certified
mastectomy fitter in person.

How
do I display the product catalog? |
|
You will find a number of different methods to view our products.
They are all found under the Products menu. Browse
Our Products will display our entire product catalog. It defaults
to displaying breast forms, but you can choose to view bras or accessories
as well. If you are looking for a specific product, use the Search
Our Products facility. This allows you to customize the list
of products displayed. It can be customized by product category,
brand, product name, and price. You can also view a list of our
New & Popular Products or our
current Featured Product.

What
is the process for on-line ordering? |
|
Display our product catalog, then select

for your chosen product. This will take you to a detailed description
of the product. If you wish to purchase, select the size, colour,
and quantity you desire. Then click the
button. This will take you to your shopping cart. If you wish to
continue browsing our products, select .
If you have changed your mind about the entire purchase, select

If you decide to purchase what is in your shopping cart, select

You are now asked to sign in.
If you have purchased from us before or used our forum, use your
existing Username and Password.
After you sign in, a page of your specific information will be displayed.
Check to make sure this information is still valid of if any required
information needs to be added. Required fields are marked with red
"*" (asterisks). If so, select
to proceed. Otherwise, make the appropriate changes before selecting
the
button.
If you are not a past customer or Forum user please, click the
button to become a customer. This allows you to enter your billing
and shipping address as well as select your personal username and
password for future use. Select a username and password that will
be easy for you to remember. Your username and password can be any
combination of letters and numbers. Write down your chosen username
and password for future reference. Once you have completed this
page of information, select .
You are then taken to a page where you can review all your order
and customer information details. Please make sure your order is
correct before you proceed. Use the Edit buttons at the bottom of
the page to make any necessary changes (edit cart, edit details).
There is a comment box on this page for any special instructions
that you need to send us with this order. Remember that if you are
ordering an asymmetrical breast form you need to supply us with
the side (left or right) that you require. Now it is time
to enter your credit card information. Enter your credit card number
without spaces or dashes. Once you are satisfied with the information
on this page, press the
button. Next, the order confirmation page is displayed. Please print
this page for your reference.

Can
I change my order once it is in my Shopping Cart? |
|
There are two methods of changing your order: delete and update
cart. Use
to remove the entire item from your shopping cart. This would be
used if you decided not to purchase the product or if you want to
make a change to your order. If you want to change the color or
size of your product first delete it and then add it to your cart
again. If all you need to change is the quantity of your order,
change it while your item is in the shopping cart then select .

Why
do I have to Register as a Customer? |
|
Registering as a customer provides an ease of ordering for you
in the future. Your customer billing and shipping addresses are
stored for your next purchase, but we do not save your credit card
information. This way you do not have to re-enter your addresses
every time you order. It makes subsequent orders much faster. You
are also automatically given access to our Forum. This is a very
useful resource, to discuss pertinent issues with your peers. Click

Why
did I receive duplicate confirmation emails? |
|
Each "refresh" of the "Order Complete" page
(the page that acts as your online receipt after your order has
been processed), will cause an order confirmation e-mail to be sent.
These e-mails will contain the exact same order information (order
number, dollar amount, items, etc.). Don't worry, the "refresh"
button does not send another charge to be processed against your
credit card. If you believe your credit card has been charged more
than once for the same order please contact our order department
at order@breastformshopping.com.

Why are images loading weird in Netscape? |
|
During the order process you may notice that images are a little
slower to load. This is due to the encryption process that happens
when you are on a secure e-commerce website. You will notice this
more so in Netscape than in Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, Netscape
6.x browser versions seem more prone to error or "hang"
during secure transactions. Refreshing the page will usually take
care of any problems.

How
will my product be shipped? |
|
We will send your package to you in a plain box. There will be
no indication of what is inside and the return address will not
mention Breastformshopping.com. We ship by US Mail, Canada Post,
UPS, or FedEx, depending on your needs.

When
will I receive my product? |
|
If your product is in stock, it is shipped within 24 hours of
the receipt of your order. Because of the wide variety of products
that we carry on this site, we do not carry stock for all colors
and sizes. If a product is not in stock it may take a few more days
to receive your order. You will be advised of the anticipated arrival
date by e-mail or telephone. At this time we will advise you if
your product requires special ordering.
We ship regular ground or Three Day Priority Mail - your choice.
If you require Priority Mail please indicate in the Special Requirements
area in the Order Confirmation Credit Card page when ordering.

What
are the shipping charges? |
|
Shipping within the USA and Canada is free. If fast shipping
is requested, then we pay the first $10.00 and ask you to pay the
remainder.

What
are the overseas shipping charges? |

if you require overseas shipping. We will provide you an estimate
of the shipping charges required. |
What
taxes will I pay? |
|
We do not charge taxes on breast forms or mastectomy bras. However,
clients outside the USA and Canada may be subject to duty or taxes
charged in their country. Please check with local authorities before
ordering.

What
about Health Insurance? |
|
We enclose health insurance forms with orders when requested.
|
What
happens if the product doesn't fit? |
|
If the product doesn't fit, then simply return it to us (link
to contact us page). You will receive a full refund, minus shipping
charges.
When returning breast forms or accessories they must be unworn. Of course you will
need to try them on once to make this decision. If you are unhappy
with your order please inform us within 48 hours. You can call us

We will make every effort to satisfy your needs.
Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept the return of bras.

Can
I return custom orders? |
|
If a rare product has been specially ordered for you, it may be
ordered on a no-return basis. We will definitely advise you if this
is the case during the order process.
