We ship UPS Ground, US Postal Service, or Canada Post for free within the USA and Canada (not applicable for returns or exchanges) on orders over $100.

Please e-mail us at info@breastformshopping.com if you require overseas shipping. We will provide you an estimate of the shipping charges involved.

We will send your package to you in a plain box. There will be no indication of what is inside and the return address will not mention BreastFormShopping.com. We ship by US Mail/Canada Post, UPS, or Priority Mail, depending on your needs.

We offer low prices on the over 100 products in our catalog. At these prices, it is impossible for us to stock all the various sizes and colors of these mastectomy products. If your chosen product is in stock, we will ship it to you within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. If it is not in stock, orders will ship 7-10 business days after order is received. We personally reply to all orders via e-mail or telephone to let you know when to expect your order.

We ship by mail and UPS free on orders over $100. If you require faster shipping please let us know under 'Special Instructions'. We will contact you if we cannot accomodate your order. Shippping charges will be applied to your account 2 to 3 days later.

We do not charge taxes on breast form prosthetics or mastectomy bras - additional savings for our clients. However, clients outside the USA and Canada may be subject to duty or taxes charged by their country. Please check this before ordering.

We will make every effort to be sure you are happy.

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to accept the return of bras and leisure foam forms. Please make sure you have chosen the correct size before submitting your order. Thank you for your understanding.

If you wish to return a silicone breast prosthesis only, the products must be unworn (other than checking to see if they are appropriate) and please let us know within 2 business days that you are unhappy with your purchase. You can contact us through our toll-free number (1-866-966-2002) or via e-mail at info@breastformshopping.com. We will then issue you a return number.

You will receive a full refund, minus shipping charges.

Please Note: If a rare product is specially ordered for a client, the product may have to be ordered on a no-return basis. This, of course, will be discussed with the client at the time of the purchase.
